The accident occurred Monday evening on FM 2331 in northwest Johnson County.
The two vehicle head-on accident resulted in three persons being injured.
It took an hour to extricate one of the victims.
Ambulances from Careflite, Joshua and Crowley were used to transport the patients.
Godley Fire Department assisted in the lengthy extrication.
